The creative arts are gifts from God. When used for His purpose, they are powerful tools to change the world! We are focusing on the praise aspect of dance in our curriculum. One of the Hebrew definitions for the word “praise” means to “celebrate”! Here are a few things that are important:
· Students will learn to celebrate dance and music that is rooted in God.
· I believe in teaching and mentoring the student in a positive atmosphere.
· I believe the student can learn to dance without being exposed to unseemly, immodest movements, choreography, or costumes.
· I believe that we can praise God through all styles of dance.
